Step 1: What kind of work did you do today?
What kind of work did you do?

│ └─→ Add yourself as Helper first (see Section B)

└─→ Go to main Timesheet tab (top menu)
→ Click & drag on your name
→ Activity: *** Non-CCQ ***
Section A — Quote Work (EST Work Orders)
Use this when: You worked on an estimate, visited a site to quote, or did any work related to a quote.
- Open the EST work order for that job
- Click the Timesheet tab
- Click Create
- Set Activity → select Quoting
- Set the date and your hours (start/end times don't need to be exact — just make sure the total hours are right)
- Click Save

Section B — Job Work (SC Work Orders)
Use this when: You were on a job site executing work on a service call.
First — add yourself as a Helper:
- Open the SC work order
- Click the Helpers tab
- Add xxFranco
- Save the work order
Then — add your time:
- Click the Timesheet tab (still on the SC work order)
- Click Create
- Set Activity → select *Worked Hours CCQ
- Set the date and your hours
- Click Save
Section C — Everything Else (Main Timesheet)
Use this when: You were not working on a specific job — ordering materials, admin tasks, shop work, phone calls, travel, etc.
- Click Timesheet in the top menu bar (the main timesheet view)
- Find your name xxFranco in the list on the left
- Click and drag on the day you worked to create an entry
- Set Activity → select Non-CCQ
- Adjust the hours to match your total for that activity (exact start/end times are not critical)
- Click Save

End of Week — Check Your Hours
Before the end of each week:
- Compare your paper timesheet to what's in PL
- Every day you worked should have at least one entry
- Your total hours should match your paper tracking
